Biohacker Review: Powdered MB for the economic win
My wife and I have been taking Methylene Blue daily for a while now. It's a subtle nootropic, but mostly, I appreciate its effects on immunity. We haven't gotten ill since we've been taking it - no long COVID here. Powdered, this one gets really economical, and I only need to mix a solution with distilled water every couple of months.
