Biohacker Review: An Energizing Stack that Unleashes Relaxed-Arousal
QUANTUMiND produces the desirable state of relaxed arousal with a balance of stimulating (Caffeine, Vitamin B12, ALCAR, Tyrosine, and Alpha-GPC for cognitive enhancement) and tranquilizing (L-Theanine, Ashwagandha, Panax Ginseng) ingredients.
Day 1
I was very excited to finally receive my package of QUANTUMiND after my wife and I had to deal with the excruciatingly tedious European imports-export bureaucracy for several weeks to get this package released. The first day I took 6 capsules total, the recommended dosage; 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening. That dosage does contain 300 milligrams of caffeine (each capsule is 50 milligrams), for comparison sake a coffee on average has about 90 milligrams of caffeine, so it's a quite energizing stack!
The stack kept me in the productive zone and motivated for a solid +8 hours. The anxiolytic ingredients take the edge off the caffeine buzz. I'm mindful of overstimulating Nootropic stacks, which make me irritatable and moody. I was worried that the caffeine content might mess with my sleep quality, but I got to sleep with no problem around 1 AM and awoke early the next day feeling rejuvenated.
It's recommended that you take QUANTUMiND with a meal for optimal absorption but I do intermittent fasting so I took it on an empty stomach in the morning. It's still quite effective and energizing even taken on an empty stomach.
Day 2
Again I did three capsules in the morning. To begin a 48-hour fast we had a sumptuous feast at a great local Bulgarian restaurant, after lunch, I did another three capsules around 5 PM along with a hit of Nicotine, this energized me for the remainder of the workday. I was a bit concerned that 150 milligrams of caffeine would mess with my sleep, but it didn't. I got a great night of sleep, but I bet this is largely thanks to the last 90 minutes of the day that I spent relaxing; doing some meditation, and reading.
Day 3
Not all my biohacking endeavors go well. I attempted a 48-hour water fast, the first 24 hours went fine but on my second night fasting, I could not get to sleep. The hunger caused an adrenalin spike that prevented slumber despite my doing meditation, avoiding blue light, and taking both Ashwagandha and Melatonin. I got maybe an hour or two of sleep and dragged my ass out of bed to embark on a sleep-deprived day, I went for a walk outside and then had two coffees at my favorite cafe. Upon arriving home I did three QUANTUMiND capsules and proceeded to have a quite productive afternoon. While quantity and quality of sleep are a major priority for me, sometimes the adventuresome practitioner's experimentation comes at the cost of good sleep. Thankfully, QUANTUMiND proved to be an effective sleep deprivation countermeasure.
Day 4
Today I stacked 3 QUANTUMiNDs with Creatine, this produced a very sublime state of relaxed arousal; it put me in a very clear and creative headspace which was ideal for writing. Usually, Creatine does not have a noticeable Nootropic effect like this. I'll be trying the combination again.
I think that a Nootropic stack like this is a viable alternative to Modafinil, the popular wakefulness drug that biohackers use as a cognitive enhancer.

I have been taking Quantumind for the past few days, and I gotta say, if NZT-48 was real, I think this would be it. For the past few years, I have had the worst brain fog, low energy, lack of motivation etc which is the reason I started getting into nootropics in the first place.
Quantumind has given me everything I expect in a nootropic blend. I havent felt the way I have for the last few days since high school (11 years ago) Please check this product out if you want a blend that really works!
Only $20 for 60capsules (P.S. I have tried Alpha Brain, Qualia, Mind Lab Pro and this is comparatively much better) Here is the link to Amazon
