I had a couple of friends try it and their experiences were the same.
On the plus side it gives you a decent energy buzz since it contains, 200MG per serving of caffeine. The product is relatively inexpensive so I guess it's a decent value for the energizing buzz it gives you. If I drank it on an empty stomach and then forgot to eat I did notice a little bit of an energy lull 3-4 hours later.
Focus XT is pretty tasty with milk or juice. I felt like my workouts were more energized if I drank it before hitting the gym. Don't drink it within a few hours of going to bed.
