Hi Jonathan I would like to ask you what is the best nootropic in your opinion and what is better Oxiracetam with Phenylpiracetam or Noopept with phenylpiracetam.

I’m fascinated, yet confused, by your research. I’m hoping you can help me. I’m 52 years old, and I’ve had 2 minor strokes. I’ve recently moved to Israel, and I’m struggling to learn Ivrit (modern Hebrew). I take SSRI medication, so I have to be careful about which supplements I take. What do you recommend?

Hello! I've been following your channel for quite some time and I have actually been wanting to make my own brand of nootropics for quite a while. I was wondering if you can give me some tips or guidelines in order to do that as I do not know where to start and just have certain combined "stacks" in mind. Also, I am curious if you formally studied neuroscience in a University and how you feel about independent research labs as an alternative to a 4 year degree. I am mainly interested in nutritional neuroscience in relation to mental health and consciousness and would like to get advice from somebody knowledgeable.
