It's no secret that there is a high causality between your sex life and your testosterone levels.

Diet
Optimize your diet. One of the most under rated ways to boost testosterone is increasing the healthy fats in your diet; eating coconuts, avocados or using coconut oil - a tablespoon of olive oil a day and raw nuts; almonds or pecans. Switch to an organic diet high in healthy fats. Cut out the sugars, processed carbs and don't consume things that raise your estrogen levels. Like beer!
Drink these daily

Reduce Stress
Easier said than done, right - by practicing meditation or 10 minutes daily of Dual N-Back brain training.
Use a small dose of Phenibut or Kratom to decompress after a stressful day instead of a stiff drink, marijuana or binging on television, Netflix or digital content.
Other Testosterone Hacks
Take cold showers.
Consistent exercise and resistance weight training.
