Extremely Helpful... by LCarito "I'm recovering from adrenal fatigue. I discovered using this app that I cannot tell when my nervous system is under stress. What I can do is test what works to lower my stress. I'm now more confident that I am moving in the right direction and hopefully I will get well sooner. I was surprised to find that a short stroll raised my HRV significantly. Meanwhile my husband who has a much higher HRV is finding he becomes stressful during certain activities, like opening mail and multitasking. We are actually having a lot of fun testing what works and what doesn't help much. I have gotten a boost in confidence to the extent that I drove today for the first time in 5 months.
