Well it's hard to choose which one's favorite because they really all are, but this is one that I consume almost every single day and I'll tell you why. It's because I really enjoy just a single cup of coffee in the morning, I feel like it's my day going and the flavor of Chaga just fits so perfectly with coffee so it's something that I throw in there and I just go about my day and this is an amazing mushroom that you really can take every single day and it has amazing benefits, so I highly recommend you try it. The taste is slightly bitter, it's not nearly as bitter as Reishi, but there's a few tones of that they're so it matches well with coffee. There's also kind of some sweet notes to it, it really doesn't taste like all that much. Some people describe it tasting a little bit like dirt, but really not bad dirt, it's good dirt. So I do highly recommend you try this and like I said it goes really well with coffee. Of course that's not the only way that you can take it. Our recommended dose is 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon, so you can just take it straight if you like just like this; now be careful this is a very fine powder and it can get everywhere, like you probably noticed some on my fingers right here. So you can just throw it back in your mouth like that, no big problem, you can mix it in water, you can mix it in hot water and make a tea, this also go pretty well because of flavor is not overpowering with all kinds of different shakes and smoothies that you might want to do. As I said the Chaga is an amazing mushroom, I highly recommend you look into more details about all the different things that this is doing and this is a pretty potent extract we have here 8:1 with a dual extract, so with both alcohol and water being extracted from real mushrooms growing on trees this gives a very powerful Chaga, I highly recommend you give this a shot.
