Acetylcholine (ACh)

Acetylcholine is used by the central nervous system (CNS), autonomic nervous system (ANS), peripheral nervous system (PNS), and the sole neurotransmitter used in the somatic nervous system's motor division.

Acetylcholine is regarded as one of the three main neurotransmitters, the other two are dopamine and serotonin.

Damage to the Acetylcholine system in the brain is associated with memory defects. As one of the primary neurotransmitters low ACh levels are found to correlate to depression.

Acetylcholine is not found in the natural world, it is a result of a chemical process beginning with Choline, a nutrient found in raw beef liver, wheat germ, codfish, and milk. Since ACh is a result of a delicate chemical reaction that occurs in your mind, you can't take ACh directly as a nootropic, you take one of its chemical precursors; Alpha-GPC (most expensive, but closest to actual ACh), Choline or Choline Bitrate. Those seeking to boost mental performance with ACh should take a nootropic "stack" also containing DMAE, L-Carnitine, Vitamin B5, and Huperzine.

  • DMAE- Chemical precursor to ACh.
  • L-Carnitine - Chemical precursor to ACh.
  • Vitamin B5 - Cofactor of the conversion of Choline in ACh.
  • Huperzine A - Attacks the anti-neurotransmitter acetylcholinesterase. The enemy of your enemy is your friend! These nootropics are all Cholinergics, since they are involved with the chemical process of ACh.

Downloadable Choline?

You may be interested in taking it as an infoceutical - a non-pharmacological, side-effect-free version of the supplement that takes advantage of the phenomenon of water memory - which is imprinted on water via quantum collocation and electromagnetism using this device...

Infocueticals typically have 1/3 or half the effect of the actual medicine being imprinted. If you're skeptical of Infopathy that's understandable, it's a game-changing application of a little-known scientific phenomenon. But I'd urge you to evaluate the scientific evidence (presented in my biohacker review) that downloadable medicine is no longer science fiction...

The scientist who discovered ACh's actions on the heart received the 1936 Nobel prize.
