An Anti-Aging Agent
According to Ben Greenfield, from his book Boundless...
Vitamin D’s anti-inflammatory properties likely delay telomere shortening. Two different studies on twins have shown that individuals with the lowest levels of vitamin D had shorter telomeres that indicated an additional five years of biological aging compared to their twin. Another randomized controlled trial found that vitamin D supplementation at 2,000 IU per day increased telomerase activity by over 19 percent in the blood cells of people who were deficient in vitamin D.
Dave Asprey, the godfather of biohacking, holds it in high esteem - he writes in his recent book...
Vitamin D is a superbiohack that fights the aging process and enhances performance. It facilitates the movement of hormones around the body and adjusts the action of more than one thousand genes. It moderates immune function and inflammation and aids in calcium metabolism and bone formation. I’m a fan: I found that I got sick far less often once I began taking vitamin D supplements, and there are now hundreds of scientific studies showing that it makes you more metabolically resilient. This is one of the supplements you ought to be taking most of the time for the rest of your life unless a blood test says you have high levels. It’s even more important if your skin is dark. Take this one in the morning. Because blood levels vary widely when people take the same amount of D3, it’s best to get a blood test to ensure your vitamin D3 levels are between 60 and 90 ng/ml. So I did and almost immediately I started receiving relief and now my pressure is hovering around 110/67. Excellent product and yes I would recommend it!
Downloadable Vitamin D3?
You may be interested in taking it as an infoceutical - a non-pharmacological, side-effect-free version of the supplement that takes advantage of the phenomenon of water memory - which is imprinted on water via quantum collocation and electromagnetism using this device...
Infocueticals typically have 1/3 or half the effect of the actual medicine being imprinted. If you're skeptical of Infopathy that's understandable, it's a game-changing application of a little-known scientific phenomenon. But I'd urge you to evaluate the scientific evidence (presented in my biohacker review) that downloadable medicine is no longer science fiction...
