Biohacker ReviewA superlative brain rehab sabbatical stack

CONSCIOUS1™ by Ultra Human distinguishes itself from the crowd of capsuled Nootropic stacks. As a veteran Biohacker, I'm pretty bored of taking capsules and capsules limit the dosage of individual ingredients in a Nootropic stack. This one packs a whopping 4.5 grams of powdered active ingredients, many of which are patented, denoted by the ®, this is a good sign of credibility when evaluating Nootropic products and supplements. Patented ingredients have a reputation to live up to; they aren't the cheapest but they are more likely to be pure and efficacious.

Day 1
I mixed the green powder with the chilled lemon and salt water that I drink first thing in the morning. The CONSCIOUS1™ dissolves easily in water and has a subtly pleasant natural earthy taste. I consumed it around the time my wife brought me the one strong coffee I drink a day, this resulted in a bit of overstimulation. My month on CONSCIOUS1™ might be a good time to switch to decaf. On this day, I tapered down my intake of pharmaceutical-grade Nicotine, something I do cyclically, which made me a bit uncomfortable. Decent Nootropics assuage the cognitive deficit going off Nicotine, and CONSCIOUS1™ measured up.
Day 2
I woke up a bit early and started my day with a full scoop, I had a decently productive early morning but the full scoop did not clear all the cobwebs from my mind. I ended up a little underslept today which the CONSCIOUS1™ did not banish.
Day 3
Nicotine withdrawal messed with my sleep again, and I ended up feeling underslept. So I did a second dose in the midafternoon, this did little to pep me up. This stuff is no cheat code for sleep deprivation. What did help was a cold shower!
Day 5
I decided to push myself further outside of my pharmacological comfort zone during my first week on CONSCIOUS1™ by quitting coffee. Going off the dark nectar of productivity from time to time is a good idea to reset your stimulant tolerance. Coffee is such a blunt performance enhancement tool, that going off it you'll discover subtleties to the enhancing effects of the Nootropics you use. That said, going off coffee SUCKS! The whole day I felt like I was missing something, I was restless at work and less productive than usual. Withdrawals suck sitting idly at home in front of a computer so I went to the gym and proceeded to have a mediocre workout, which did make me feel better.
Day 6
On my Nicotine/caffeine withdrawal weekend, I had just one goal; don't get into an argument with my wife over something petty (mission accomplished on that front!) Other than that I didn't have a very productive weekend, I made some good progress on the new computer game (with some not-so-subtle Biohacking themes), Deus Ex: Mankind Divided.
Day 7
I'm getting an idea of what to expect from CONSCIOUS1™; it peps me up and puts me in a cool state of relaxed arousal for 3-4 hours after dosing one scoop. It's an experiential Nootropic; 20 minutes after dosing I'm focused, productive, and happy.

I also gave my wife a scoop of CONSCIOUS1™ before a writing session of hers, she was up against a deadline for a beautiful poem she needed to get done for a wedding next week. She wordsmithed the poem that afternoon, and I think it's pretty good!

I'm a big fan of brain training while dosed on Nootropics (it's like weight-lifting on Creatine), I started with a new Dual N-Back app during this cycle on CONSCIOUS1™ and was most pleased with my results. I also took some HRV measurements

Let's take a look at the science behind some of the ingredients

I've already done meta-analysis articles on many of its Nootropic ingredients, so I was curious about what I might find in the most recent science done.

DMTea® is the patented ingredientthat jumps out the most on the ingredients list; Jason, the product's creator revealed to me that this is a proprietary blend of Jiaogulan and ceremonial-grade Matcha green tea; which for some produces a micro-dose psychedelic effect. This is interesting because Jiaogulan is best established as an AMPK hack, not as a mild psychoactive. Japanese Matcha, on the other hand, is well-established as a broad-spectrum Nootropic.

Matcha benefits

Synapsa® Bacopa - This is the Nootropic that takes time; after several months on it you'll notice that the other Nootropics you take are all the more potent. A 2024 Iranian study names Bacopa as a Parkinson's Disease preventative; this was an animal study that jumped out at me for its use of Zebrafish; apparently, Zebrafish are vertebrates and share many of the same characteristics as humans which makes them an appealing and cost-effective alternative to mouse testing.

PharmaGABA® is a natural form of GABA produced by the probiotic Lactobacillus hilgardii.

PrimaVie® purified organic Himalayan Shilajit was the subject of an 8-week 2019 clinical trial of 63 Americans which identified it as a Biohack for fatigue-induced decreases in muscular strength at a 500-milligram dose. It should help you maintain muscle power after pushing multiple sets in the gym.

Ginkgo Biloba is one of the most recognizable Nootropic nutraceuticals, and it contains an efficacious dose of __ milligrams.

A brain rehab sabbatical stack

I took CONSCIOUS1™ at kind of a sabbatical period, which it was appropriate for. The first few months of the year was a productivity sprint; fueled by Nicotine and other stimulants, I made heroic headway on what will become the Limitless Mindset flagship offering, which I look forward to unveiling to the world soon. But as a mere mortal, no sprint can be eternal so I resolved to slow down and smell the roses a little more as spring came into bloom.
in my experience, as its name suggests, CONSCIOUS1™ helps to unlock the value in those sabbatical slow-down periods that sapient Biohacker schedules throughout their year. Looking at its natural ingredients, you might call CONSCIOUS1™ a brain rehab stack. Ginkgo Biloba and the adaptogenic herbs in it are the kinds of things that wind back the brain-aging clock - probably a good idea for me after an arduous week of stimulant withdrawal and months of being kind of a workaholic!
