Biohacker Review: My secret weapon for AMAZING sleep...
I've been using Focus Supplements' Magnesium for some time now. I've been getting some seriously awesome sleep thanks to Magnesium. Sleep quality really matters to everything, a night of mediocre sleep has a high cost in the next day's productivity. In the past, I've struggled with insomnia, but now I sleep better than ever thanks to this pre-bedtime stack...
- Ashwagandha (2 - 3 grams), Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar tea
- CBD (10 - 20 milligrams)
- Magnesium (powdered or capsuled)
Magnesium Taurate vs Magnesium Glycinate
I used both Taurate and Glycinate forms and honestly couldn't tell any difference between them. They both taste pleasant and absorb evenly in a beverage. I perused the Pubmed papers on Taurate and Glycinate forms and couldn't discern much difference between the effects of the two forms. So you're fine taking either.
Capsuled vs Powdered Magnesium
I tried both the capsuled stuff and raw powdered stuff. Unsurprisingly, the powdered stuff is a lot more economical, 80 servings for £12. That comes out to £.15 per serving. The other stuff, Magnesium Glycinate is two capsules per serving, 45 servings total for £15. That comes out to £.33 per serving.
I'll be reordering the powdered stuff!

The main difference between the taurate and glycinate @FocusSupplement's products here is economic and aesthetic.
