I want to enjoy sex more. Since quitting weed I can't get out of my head and I'm just lacking pleasure overall. Phenibut helps but I don't want to be dependent on that to enjoy sex either.
YES I love sexual pleasure, losing this aspect of myself I don't know why? Age? trauma? getting off cannabis? stress? I used to get so much pleasure out of dating and sex...
My short-term solution Is combining maca, mucuna pruriens, rhodiola, and ginseng in my morning and afternoon drink as opposed to coffee. I've been noticing some great results now that the withdrawals are subsiding from the caffeine. Along with switching to green tea if I do need caffeine, has only significantly reduced my social anxiety and stress levels.

The main question I would have left if you'd like to address it in a Q&A would be regarding how I could sit down to work on my creative projects (writing and art) —if there is a nootropic that could help me with that. But, I'm wondering if I need to limit my use of social media and screen time and just let boredom take over until the energy, inspiration, and desire build in me naturally. Which will be my focus in the coming weeks and months.

The tribe exists to support the people inside it (two heads are better than one; force multiplier) — division of labor, specialization, comparative advantage, i.e. maximum efficiency. Let's say the tribe organizes as a resource-based economy. This means people continually learn skills to improve the community and efficiently mobilize to fulfill their needs, prioritizing from basic to higher-order needs (hierarchy of needs). My wife is amazing, she treats me like a king, and she is sexy and beautiful.
The only issue is that we are having a discovery and learning time in our relationship.
Her libido is crazy high and she would like to have sex every single day twice a day if not more.
I don't see any issues with that, And she is beautiful, I would love to have the ability right now to satisfy her needs every day. The only issue is my libido is low and I'm personally fine with only having sex once 3-6 days.
