Biohacker Review: Starting with NeuroNation...

I started brain training with NeuroNation.

There are three tiers of mounting brain training challenge

1. Base effectiveness
2. High effectiveness
3. Maximum effectiveness

I've gone through all the brain training tasks and they are pretty challenging and focus-intensive. My favorite games have to be the mathematics tasks. The base effectiveness tasks I found overly simplistic so going forward I think I'll devote my time to the high and maximum effectiveness tasks.

At this point, it seems quite similar to Lumosity, the games themselves last less than 2 minutes and then you switch to a different game.

At this point, I still find Dual N-Back a more effective mindfulness tool.
