This article is mostly going to focus on decoding what the human studies are saying about Quercetin and how this squares up with the anecdotal experiences of Biohackers online. For more of my own personal experiences, thoughts, and comparisons please see the written and video reviews in the sidebar.
Ben Greenfield, in his +1100 page biohacking manifesto, writes about how it aids those suffering from Mold Toxicity, Lyme Disease, Multiple Chemical Sensitivities, and Chronic Environmental Illness...
For stabilizing mast cells, Dr. Nathan’s typical starting point is 500 mg of quercetin taken thirty minutes before each meal and at bedtime (for a total of 2,000 mg per day). This is because a mast cell stabilizer such as quercetin must be in the body before you eat or drink in order to work. (p.104)
Mechanism of Action
Quercetin also enhances your own antioxidant-producing abilities, improving the production of glutathione, superoxide dismutase, catalase, and more. It acts as an anti-inflammatory by inhibiting the release of mast cells and histamines, and it may even inhibit the metabolism of resveratrol, making quercetin and resveratrol a potent one-two combo.
Antihistamine
Quercetin, an antihistamine and anti-inflammatory found in dark leafy vegetables, broccoli, red onions, peppers, apples, grapes, black tea, green tea, red wine, and fruit, can also modulate senescent cell development.

Infocueticals typically have 1/3 or half the effect of the actual medicine being imprinted. If you're skeptical of Infopathy that's understandable, it's a game-changing application of a little-known scientific phenomenon. But I'd urge you to evaluate the scientific evidence (presented in my biohacker review) that downloadable medicine is no longer science fiction...
Dosage
The typical Western diet provides about 15 to 40 mg per day of quercetin, but recommended doses range from 250 to 1,500 mg, with the average recommended dose falling around 1 g per day. (p.960)
Cofactors
A cup of green tea is a great way to wash it down
When green tea extract is paired with quercetin and L-theanine, the cognitive effects become synergistic, meaning they enhance each other to produce a greater effect. (p.171)
