For the longest time, I logged my workouts in an Evernote but I recently installed the Hevy app and have been using it to log my workout routine, self-quantify, along with tracking, and visualizing my progress. It's free (also ad-free) and very well-designed - just what I was looking for in a gym app! It also prompts you to attach a selfie to every workout - which may seem narcissistic but taking selfies actually increases self-control, because looking at ourselves reminds us of the kinds of people we are trying to be.
Creatine was one of the first supplements I used out of the behemothic box I received from PureBulk.com because it's the swiss army knife of Mitochondrial support supplements. I use it as both a Nootropic and workout performance enhancer which I'll describe here along with summarizing the most recent science and research done on Creatine.
I write this with a sense of accomplishment having just finished Ben Greenfield's +1000-page magnum opus, Boundless. I'm something of a superfan of Ben's - I read and listen to nearly everything he puts out - and I do recommend this book enthusiastically but I'll begin my review with some criticisms...
