Biohacking Prevention

Ⓒ By Jonathan Roseland

I'm not a doctor, medical professional, or trained therapist. I'm a researcher and pragmatic biohacking practitioner exercising free speech to share evidence as I find it. I make no claims. Please practice skepticism and rational critical thinkingYou should consult a professional about any serious decisions that you might make about your health. Affiliate links in this article support Limitless Mindset - spend over $150 and you'll be eligible to join the Limitless Mindset Secret Society.

There's an astounding difference in the cost of preventing common chronic illnesses and diseases versus treating or curing them, both in money and time spent suffering.

This year, I've spent some time in the hospital visiting loved ones who were dealing with health challenges, and (as I'm sure you already know) hospitals are awful!

  • The healthcare providers working there are often rude and apathetic.
  • They are full of sad, dreary people.
  • They are seemingly uncomfortable and soulless by design.
  • It's next to impossible to get the kind of healthy food I'd like at hospitals' cafes and restaurants.
  • I'm not good at waiting. I especially despise, waiting in line to talk to a person sitting behind a desk or counter. And at the hospital, you do A LOT of waiting.
  • Every year in the news we hear endless stories about egregious medical malpractice; the catastrophic death toll of medical malpractice is 250,000 souls annually in the USA alone making it the third-leading cause of death there. Which should make you seriously consider medical tourism elsewhere if you get sick in America.
  • In some countries, a hospital stay is extremely expensive. In the United States, it costs on average $2000 a night, maybe a lot more depending on what you're there for. Insurance often covers a significant portion of hospital care but you have to deal with ridiculous, confusing paperwork and they make it a major pain for you to figure out how much you'll have to pay out of pocket. If you don't have insurance many hospitals and doctors take cash payment upfront, but that's also expensive and if you can't afford it you'll be stuck waiting for hours and hours in an Emergency Room.
  • You getting sick and being in the hospital takes a tremendous toll on your loved ones. They spend days or weeks (or longer) stressed and concerned about your well-being. They have to take time off work and spend a lot of time coming to see you.

It's worth almost any expenditure to prevent the kinds of health issues that are going to land you in the hospital. The good news is that the cost of preventing chronic health issues and disease is between 5% - 10% of the cost of treating and curing them if they arise. It's just smart to invest in prevention.

In this guide to biohacking prevention, I'll share the lesser-known and practiced prevention best practices, tools, and strategies. I won't spend a lot of time on really obvious preventative things you probably already know about. You already know that you should get a reasonable amount of exercise weekly and that you should eat organic and stridently avoid crappy, cheap processed junk foods and GMO foods. You should already know not to drink excessively, not to smoke, and to habituate holistic stress management so you don't spend half your life stressed and angry.

 Here's something scary to consider...

We are overdue for an epidemic disease outbreak, like the Spanish flu of 1918, and it will probably be Ebola. I hate to fearmonger, but the experts are warning that a catastrophic disease outbreak is the greatest civilizational threat we face.

  • Ebola has between a 25% - 90% mortality rate, death occurs within 6-21 days and is very unpleasant; "severe diarrhea and fits of vomiting, both of which will become increasingly filled with blood," then like something out of a horror movie, the skin becomes inflamed with large blood blisters, the eyes of the infected turn red, and ultimately, death results from organ failure.
  • The really scary thing about Ebola is that it can lay dormant as a "persistent infection" in a person for over a year without causing symptoms.
  • In 2019 alone there were over 3000 Ebola cases in Africa resulting in more than 2000 deaths, according to the World Health Organization which declared it a “public health emergency of international concern.”
  • There have been a handful of confirmed cases of Ebola in the USA and other Western countries, EbolaOutBreakmap.com tracks cases around the world.

In concerning and growing numbers, African immigrants and refugees are coming to America or Europe trying to escape the Ebola outbreaks, how many are unwittingly bringing the disease with them? Check out this recent Al Jazeera English documentary...

Considering that every day, on average, over 8 million passengers fly, many of them internationally, it's just an inevitability that an outbreak will occur in LA, New York, or London and then it will be everywhere. Whether it's Ebola or some other microscopic villain, here's what you can do about the impending superbug outbreak...

 Fortify Immunity

immunity

The human immune system is pretty amazing, when it's properly empowered, you don't need to fret a lot about becoming a statistic in the next catastrophic outbreak.

The most effective, most economical supplements are at the top of this list. I really, really hate getting sick and losing days feeling miserable so I use most of them to stay healthy. If you have a limited budget and time get the ones towards the top of this list.

Siberian Ginseng (Eleuthero)

Siberian ginseng (which I think is a cooler name than Eleutherococcus senticosus) is probably my favorite immune biohack because of its effectiveness, safety, and low cost along with pleasant taste and aesthetics. The Soviets in Russia utterly failed to build a socialist utopia but luckily for you, they did manage to do some good herbal science and identify this immunity-promoting supplement which was badly needed in a country where the weather sometimes gets as cold as on the surface of the moon. It worked so well that they gave it to everyone from their Olympic athletes and soldiers fighting in Afghanistan to cosmonauts and supersonic aviators. But its research is not limited to the Russosphere, you can find over 20 human clinical trials done all around the world on Pubmed.

If you're a work hard, work harder type, supplementing Eleuthero can prevent the resulting stress-related disorders. From a 2012 Romanian study of 40 military personnel:

Adaptogens could be an important factor in successful prevention protocols of chronic occupational stress dysfunctions involving [Neuropeptide Y] systems.

Rhodiola Rosea

This is probably my favorite Adaptogenic herb because of the noticeable dual effects it has of alleviating stress and energizing you.
Anything that improves your stress management has a downstream effect improving your immune system

Quality is actually a major concern with Adaptogens. Since anyone can grow them there is a real spectrum of quality. What you don't want to do is just buy the cheapest brand of herbs from your local vitamin store, they are invariably very low quality industrially farmed in China, and have unacceptably high levels of toxic metals.
I've used a lot of Adaptogens from different suppliers and unlike some of the other vitamins and nutrients mentioned here; there really is a big difference between the cheap stuff that I grab off a store shelf and organic herbs from reputable vendors which are verified as pure with a certificate of analysis or spectroscopy report.

Turkey Tail Mushroom

Also referred to as Coriolus Versicolor, is one of the most renowned natural anti-viral, immuno-fortifying mushrooms. It's a historical immune hack used since time immemorial in Chinese traditional medicine. There are five scientific papers published delving into its antiviral effects and one clinical trial. It's renowned as an antiviral treatment of HPV, in a French trial 90% of patients managed to clear HPV after using it for 2 months - and that's how it worked for my wife and me (we could have avoided some seriously unpleasant operations if we'd been introduced to Turkey Tail earlier.)

I've used Turkey Tail during the chilly Eastern European winter and it's kept me healthy and sniffle-free, I used powdered stuff which I consumed in a tea, which I might not do again, I'd prefer to take Turkey Tail capsuled as it's not exactly a pleasant powdered herb.

Ashwagandha

Staying healthy or getting sick during the wintertime has a lot to do with your levels of stress and testosterone. Your testosterone will naturally lower during the cold months when you are spending more time inside and getting less natural sunlight. As your testosterone lowers you're much more likely to get sick.
Chronic stress is testosterone's biological nemesisProbably the most effective way of optimizing your testosterone is to be vigilant about your stress management; Ashwagandha is an Adaptogen that powerfully modulates your autonomic nervous system to better manage stress.

 Immuno-Fortifying Vitamins

Vitamin C -Another VERY affordable vitamin that belongs in your Biohacker cabinet. It's an especially good idea to supplement if you do high-intensity or endurance exercise frequently.

Vitamin D3During the winter months, it's especially important to supplement Vitamin D, specifically D3However, for it to effectively biohack your immune system and keep you healthy it requires an essential cofactor; sunlightThe recommended daily dose is 5,000 IU, if you're Vitamin D deficient (which you likely are if you spend the majority of your time indoors and are maybe a little tired and depressed during the wintertime) you'll want to take as much as 8,000 IU. To make it even more potent also supplement it with Vitamin K2 and Vitamin A.

Zinc -An essential nutrient for healthy immune function. If you feel a cold coming on Zinc lozenges are a great idea and you may want to up the dosage to 45 milligrams.

MagnesiumSupplementing this crucial nutrient can do much to fortify immunity and prevent chronic conditions. There are over 50 items of human research specifically on Magnesium and prevention published in the past decade alone on Pubmed.

Immune 26

This hyperimmune egg supplement seriously empowers your immune system (even years after you've stopped taking it in my experience). It has a fascinating mechanism of borrowing the immune strengths from avian species that have better immune systems than humans.

N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC)

This inexpensive supplement powerfully modulates the complicated glutathione mechanism of our neurobiology to optimize our immune system, it...

  • Replenishes glutathione.
  • Breaks down mucous.
  • Protects against bacteria.

A Spanish study of 36 women evidenced that 600 milligrams daily for several months of NAC is very helpful to the immune systems of middle-aged women. It's probably more effective as an immune hack for older adults than otherwise healthy young people.

Biohacks for preventing the more mundane killers...

Hopefully, I'll be proven wrong by history and a worldwide disease super-epidemic doesn't strike in our lifetimes. Hopefully, all you have to worry about preventing is Heart Disease, Cancer, Dementia, etc.

Fasting

Every year new studies come out showing that fasting is a better and better lifestyle practice.

Valter Longo, Professor of Gerontology & the Biological Sciences at the University of California had studied this extensively, his research is indicating that fasting is one of the best things you can do for your immune system. To quote some of Dr. Longo's remarks that appeared in the UK's Telegraph, describing trials he conducted with people fasting for 2 - 4 days

"When you starve, the system tries to save energy, and one of the things it can do to save energy is to recycle a lot of the immune cells that are not needed, especially those that may be damaged,"
"It gives the 'OK' for stem cells to go ahead and begin proliferating and rebuild the entire system,"

To repeat, it rebuilds the entire immune system, that's a remarkable claim, isn't it? Fasting causes autophagy, which is when your body kills off old and unhealthy cells. Particularly this rejuvenates the immune system.

 Genotype Thyself

In my view, the real value of a personalized genetic report is the insight into the potential health disasters looming in your future.

Cheesy metaphor aheadIf your body is the planet Earth, then these genetic reports are like asteroid early-detection systems and specific supplements or lifestyle interventions maybe your personal Bruce Willis!

So you’ve got your personal genotyping done (or you’re thinking about getting it done) through Sequencing.com (my recommendation), 23 and Me, AncestryDNA, or one of the other genetic testing services. These services provide you with a vast amount of information that’s not readily very useful. They give you a giant text file containing many thousands of indecipherable SNPs (sometimes phonetically called snaps) - the base level of your genetic code.
Disappointingly, these companies are forbidden by the government regulating agencies from telling you what diseases and chronic health conditions your genes predict you may suffer from in the future. They are also forbidden from making recommendations based upon what they ascertain about you. Likely this is just the regulating agencies protecting their friends in the hospital and pharmaceutical industries that pay them billions in fees.

In this article what we’ve done is to list some common genes, alleles, and SNPs along with associated health conditions AND supplements and lifestyle interventions that prevent or treat the condition. To identify your problematic genes you'll save a lot of time by interpreting your raw data with very affordable software like SelfDecode or PrometheaseRead my deep dive article 130 Problematic Gene Alleles predicting Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Diabetes & other diseases

 Detox and Chelate Thyself

Chelation is the cure! Chela means claw in Latin, so you want to imagine chelation agents clawing the microscopic toxins out of your system. It's a really smart idea to have an abundance of chelators like (Quercetin, ChlorellaSpirulinaAstaxanthin, etc - more described below) in your diet and supplement regimen.

Food ForensicsFrom the book Food Forensics...

One way to remove heavy levels of tin in the body is through the chelation properties of quercetin, a flavonoid found in many fruits and vegetables, according to a study that revealed it was effective for removing stannous versions of tin.

Supplement Chlorella. There are 25 human clinical trials done with Chlorella, many documenting its detoxification properties.

By consuming chlorella (an extremely nutritious green algae), strawberries, fruit fibers, or even activated charcoal at the same time you are eating a meal with a high likelihood of containing toxic substances, you can “bind up” those toxins, push them through your digestive tract, and avoid absorbing them into your blood and tissues.

I won’t eat at a restaurant without bringing a bottle of chlorella with me. I never eat meat unless it’s accompanied by a fresh salad or whole fruit.

It’s also smart to support the healthy function of your detox organs (liver, kidneys, and digestive system) with medicinal herbs, superfoods, and other dietary strategies. Herbs such as yarrow, dandelion, and yellow dock are well known to support liver function. Superfoods like chlorella help support the body’s natural elimination of toxic elements through its ability to remove chemicals and heavy metals. Even everyday foods like beets and white carrots are “liver cleansers” that give the liver added support to carry out its job.

My favorite liver lovin' superfood is the tasty five-flavor fruit Adaptogen Schisandra.

 Cancer Prevention

The Cancer Industry BookCollectively, we are losing the war against cancer. From the book The Cancer Industry

The American Cancer Society estimates that almost half of everybody alive today will develop cancer at some point in their lives, and the World Health Organization predicts a 50% rise in cancer diagnosis’ by the year 2020. (p. 12)

It's pretty depressing, but fortunately, there's a lot that can be done to avoid becoming a casualty. The time to fight cancer is before you get it.

At the root of the cancer epidemic is the general toxicity of modernity

From our food and the various products we use daily to the polluted air of our cities, we endure a 24/7 onslaught from toxic heavy metals and nasty chemicals that foolish scientists concocted to make corporations more profitable. It's next to impossible to live a toxin-free life, but there's a lot that we can all do to avoid toxins.

  • Eat the best organic food that you can afford. If you can, buy it from a trustworthy local farmer.
  • Eat out less, and prepare your own meals (with your family, ideally). The cheaper and more mainstream a restaurant is, the more toxic its food will be.
  • If you're going to drink coffee (and you should!) drink organic, toxin-free coffee. You shouldn't add a lot of sugary additives to your coffee and if you're drinking good stuff you won't have to because it tastes great on its own.
  • Before you order or consume supplements of any kind demand to see a certificate of analysis verifying that they have minimal, acceptable levels of heavy metals and toxins.
  • Use organic personal hygiene products, soap, and detergent. They aren't that much more expensive than the toxin-rife stuff sold in colorful packaging at Wal-Mart.
  • Don't wear make-up unless you have a really hot date. Also, ladies, don't use tampons, use pads.
  • You might not be able to live out in the countryside but at least don't live next to a 5G antenna that will irradiate you constantly with dangerous EMFs.

The book Food Forensics includes a lot of evidence-based lifehacks for detoxing and avoiding toxins, at the least, you'll want to read my very thorough book review or listen to my podcast summarizing it.

C60 Olive Oil - Super-Antioxidant for Biological Antifragility

This tasty anti-aging supplement of carbon 60 fullerenes suspended in pure, fresh olive oil is a biohacking tool for antifragility; it mitigates health risk across the board.

  • It’s a powerful antioxidant; that cleans up free radicals and detoxifies the body.
  • It’s frequently reported that it increases general energy and motivation.
  • It’s a sleep hack, one of the anecdotal effects reported most often is that it imbues profound, restorative sleep - you can take this to the next level by using C60Supply.com’s C60+CBD olive oil.
  • I use Nicotine often, although my research of Nicotine leads me to believe that even isolated, Nicotine may have a mild carcinogenic effect. That’s a (small) risk I’m ok with because I have a bunch of great cancer prevention habits and I use C60 which some promising evidence indicates is an effective anti-cancer therapy.

C60 stands out as an anti-aging supplement because it doesn’t actually cure anything or stimulate hormones, it’s just a powerful anti-oxidant that cleans up free radicals and toxins allowing our bodies to naturally fix themselves.

Potassium IodideIf you watched the recent excellent television series, Chernobyl, you'll recall that the scientists take Potassium Iodide to try to protect themselves from the killer radiation. Hopefully, the next catastrophic nuclear meltdown isn't in your backyard, but in our normal lives, we get exposed to a lot of radiation (got a microwave?) The resulting cancer risk can be mitigated by taking some very affordable Potassium Iodide which is an especially good idea if you live somewhere with high levels of background radiation.

 Red Light Therapy

Photodynamic red light therapy has a (literally!) brilliant range of beneficial health effects; it normalizes mitochondrial metabolic function, the dysfunction of which is at the cause of nearly all chronic conditions. There are over 50 scientific papers specifically on red light therapy and the prevention of disease.

My red light was under $600 which might seem a little spendy compared to health supplements, but the more you read up on the science of photobiomodulation, the more you'll see that it's a pretty fantastic value. Quality supplements are going to run you $40-$70 and they'll be gone in a month or two whereas this red light will empower your health in a number of dimensions for years!

I have two red lights that I use a little differently; the panel light I use on my back before bed and as a lamp in the evenings while the FlexBeam I use for targetted, topical therapy on my muscles after a workout...

 Preventing Cognitive Decline

Piracetam - I've tried well over a hundred different Nootropics and Piracetam stands out for its uncanny effect of sharpening memory. After you've been taking Piracetam for several weeks, remembering facts and episodic memories is more like a Google search than searching a library's shelves for something. The godfather of smart drugs, Piracetam is a potent mitochondrial support drug that empowers various measures of cognition. Among Nootropics, it has particularly strong clinical scientific evidence, including a 20-year population study.

Ginkgo Biloba - One of the most well-known and effective memory-maintaining nutraceuticals. Especially effective when taken regularly with Panax Ginseng. I took organic Ginkgo Biloba for about 6 months and honestly, it didn't do much for my memory, especially compared to some other Nootropics I've used. But I'm a younger and very healthy guy and my memory is already pretty good. In a few decades, I'll return to using it daily to prevent cognitive decline.

Lion's Mane The best Nootropic mushroom with a remarkable capacity to stimulate nerve growth preventing dementia and cognitive decline. A 2011 report on Lion’s Mane takes a deeper look into these properties.

Do mnemonic memory training

If you want to maintain your memory you need to exercise it regularly (use it or lose it - like any other human capability) - this is surprisingly fun applying mnemonic memory systems! There are 21 studies, totaling over 4000 human subjects, looking at how mnemonic practice sharpens memory and arrests the decline of the mind. Mnemonics really will enrich your mind and make you more creative, it's a topic worth reading a few books on, like...

I try to spend 5-10 minutes daily exercising my memory using the excellent SuperMemo app; it's a flashcard app with a clever algorithm that hacks the normal forgetting process. I have SuperMemo loaded up with hundreds of little things I would forget without it (foreign language vocabulary, phone numbers, birthdays, scientific findings from my Biohacking research, fun factoids I learned in books, along with quirky quotable phrases and passages - like Floreant Dendritae! “May Your Brain Cells Flourish!” in Latin).

When Biohacking Doesn't Work...

Like many, perhaps you’ve implemented a lot of these sorts of health and lifestyle hacks and they didn’t make that much of a difference. When biohacking doesn’t work, it’s often because our genes are unresponsive. We spend a not-insignificant amount of money and time on these things to signal to genes but without sufficient amounts of the NAD+ molecule, the genes don’t get the signal. It’s like trying to make an important phone call with your phone in airplane mode.

NMN - The Epigenetic Vitamin for Telomeric Tranquility

Taking Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN) is the most direct, practical way to supplement the NAD+ molecule.

 Rational Vaccine Skepticism

If you're concerned with preventing serious health issues, you need to exercise a lot of critical thinking and skepticism about getting vaccinated. Vaccines work by inflaming the immune system, supposedly teaching the immune system to defend against different diseases like Measles, mumps, and the flu - but the problem is that sometimes, the immune system stays inflamed causing chronic autoimmune diseases.

If you're remotely libertarian and informed you should see the big issues with vaccines - they are not all bad - but many don't undergo proper safety studies, they don't undergo true placebo-controlled trials, their manufacturers have special immunity from lawsuits and in some cases, the government forces you to take them.

When you bring this issue up what you'll hear from your friends and family who trust their doctors is the same thing you'll hear from the people wearing make-up on television...

"You just need to believe in "the science". You have the right to your own opinions but not your own science. Stop being a science denier!"

But, there's very cogent science supporting vaccine skepticism and demanding better vaccines. The science supporting vaccination is highly problematic. To date, there's NO proper placebo-controlled clinical trial or safety study done on the popular vaccines that the mainstream media and politicians say are "safe and effective".

If you want to understand the vaccine issue there's a 9-hour-long deposition of the world's top vaccine expert Dr. Stanley Plotkin. Under oath, he basically admits that all the concerns of anti-vaxxers are scientifically valid and that he and other public vaccination advocates and scientists have extreme conflicts of interest, they are paid millions by big pharma for their work promoting vaccines.

If you're an extreme tourist on your way to explore the Amazonian jungle you probably want to get vaccinated for the exotic diseases that your immune system will encounter there. But vaccinating for the more mundane illnesses is really not worth the risk.

  • If you spend a couple of hundred dollars a year on immune supplements and implement the healthy lifestyle hacks described here, your immune system will deftly fend off the common illnesses going around that have your friends, family, and colleagues sniffling, coughing, nauseous, and spending sick days in bed.
  • If you catch a bug; you'll be sick or under the weather for a week or two then you'll be fine and you'll have "natural immunity" to whatever you caught. If you're a relatively healthy person, living in a developed country you don't need to worry about common illnesses killing you. In contrast, if you develop an autoimmune condition as a side effect of a vaccination, you'll struggle with that for years, perhaps the rest of your life.

 Ejaculation Control (For Men)

This immunity lifehack comes from the original Biohackers - Taoists. From a book that is a must-read for men, The Tao Of Health, Sex, and Longevity

Peng Tze points out, “one ejaculation is one hundred times more harmful than one in spring.” Men who sharply reduce their emission frequencies during winter without reducing intercourse suffer far less from colds, influenza, chills, the winter “blues,” and other symptoms related to cold weather. (5586-5589)

The Multi-Orgasmic ManThe Multi-Orgasmic Man by Mantak Chia concurred

Taoists, who lived close to nature, also believed that just as plants and animals conserve their energy in winter, so should people. (p. 79)

This may sound like a pseudo-spiritual biohack but this ancient knowledge makes a lot of sense if you have a cursory knowledge of male reproductive biology. Producing semen is biologically costly, it contains a lot of zinc and valuable nutrients. That's energy and resources that could be spent keeping you healthy during the winter months.

If you think about it, the times you've gotten ill were often preceded by times when you were ejaculating a lot. No surprise, when we are young we can produce a lot more semen and we can ejaculate almost daily without it making much of a difference to our health and energy levels but as we advance through our third, fourth, and fifth decades this changes.

Books

Food Forensics by Mike Adams -- An eye-opening expose of the epidemic of toxic food and a guide to biological redemption. This is a dense science book (+900 scientific footnotes) that thoroughly validates the concerns of the health-conscious about food toxicity. If you think that alarm over toxins in food (and a lot of other things we consume) is mere scaremongering you may want to read this book as it thoroughly documents this catastrophic problem that we each face personally and collectively as a civilization.

You Are the Placebo by Joe Dispenza -- The placebo effect is one of the most reliable things in science, so much so that every good human clinical trial accounts for it. Belief has power, clearly. And this book delves into how to yield it without invoking too much pseudospiritual silliness. You've probably heard all your life that belief and consciousness have power. Power to transform your life, to determine your future, to heal your body, and to change the world around you. This book, better than any other I've read, breaks down why and how that works without delving into a lot of pseudoscientific nonsense.

Rigor Mortis by Richard Harris  -- This book is a real black pill (a grim truth) for those who are optimistic about medical science delivering us cures to disease. This book validates a lot of the biohacker ethos and practice...

  • Biohackers love science but more importantly, we are rigorous practitioners. We do numerous N of 1 personal trials to see what works for us instead of just placing faith in the conclusions of a study (or what Google says).
  • Ever since I began writing about Nootropics, I've done anecdotal analysis of public sentiment about a given supplement. If 10 studies on Pubmed say that a drug or supplement is great but I can find 50 people on the internet reporting non-response or some kind of concerning side effect then, in my view, it's a problematic thing to consume. If there's consistent alignment between what the science says and what dozens (or hundreds) of people online are saying that gives me a lot of confidence about it.
  • Biohackers view animal and in vitro studies with heightened skepticism. We know that the gold standard of science is the double-blind placebo-controlled human trial of a statistically significant number (usually over 50) of humans.
  • This book has pushed me further into the natural, organic, homeopathic campAdaptogenic herbs, for example, have been used for thousands of years by different cultures around the globe. Which I'd contend, gives them more credibility than the double-blind, placebo-controlled studies done with them. There's an argument to be made that we are evolutionarily intertwined with herbal medicine as our ancestors have been using them for thousands of years to stay alive in a brutal and dangerous world. Your ancestor was the village chieftain who could afford Ginsing so he could get an erection to impregnate his fourth wife and have his 16th child. You're the result of thousands of years of stark evolutionary selection bias favoring those who responded positively to natural medicine.

Let's consider this daunting issue of epidemics from a philosophical perspective. The #1 moral value in declining Western civilization is: Don't be racist.

Evolutionary biologists recognize "racism" - let's stop using that stupid word, let's be more accurate - negative out-group preference as an epiphenomenon of our immune systems. People unlike us may carry diseases that our immune systems are not prepared to deal with so nature has programmed us to be highly skeptical of the outsider, the foreigner who looks and speaks differently than us.

In the 1500s Montezuma could have saved the lives of millions and millions in his empire if he was just a little more "racist" and didn't invite Cortez and his disease-bearing conquistadors into the heart of his capital city in modern-day Mexico.

In our modern crusade to "not be racist," we now invite millions and millions of unvetted, unexamined people into our countries bearing 3rd world diseases and infections. This makes outbreaks of dangerous, unknown diseases an inevitability.

Black people uniquely suffer from sickle cell anemia, the interesting thing is that sickle cell anemia is actually a mutation that counters Ebola, which is much more common in Africa. Or to be more precise, the same gene mutations that SOMETIMES cause sickle cell anemia are the same gene mutations that make black people more resistant to Ebola, at least according to the Journal PLOS ONE. Especially if you're a non-black person living in a population center, there's no better time than NOW to get serious about prevention and Biohacking immunity.

EMF*D by Dr. MercolaYou've probably heard before that the EMFs from smartphones, Wifi, and blazing-fast 5G networks are dangerous to your health. You've also probably heard that this is just a "crazy conspiracy theory" and that all this wireless radiation is fine. EMF*D thoroughly breaks down the real science on this controversial issue, it's the latest title from Dr. Mercola, who is a titan in the health freedom movement. The book makes a strong case for toxic EMFs being near the cause of many chronic conditions (tinnitus, to name just one) and gives you a bunch of pragmatic Biohacks for EMF mitigation (no, you don't have to get rid of your smartphone).

I have some standards and specific things that I look for in the products I'd like to use myself and might recommend here on LimitlessMindset.com. Please submit this form with a little more information about your offering.
